Plum from “Tsukigase Plum Grove”, a scenic spot of Nara prefecture, genuine homemade shochu and clear well water is fermented together.To express a juicy sweetness which is uniqueness of the plum, we do not dilute it with water or filter it at all. Extract components remain 38% which is approximately 3 times much more than normal umeshu. It is one and only umeshu in Japan that uses plum from Tsukigase Plum Grove.
