What memberships can I subscribe to?
You can subscribe to a 6 months subscription for 399 THB/month (one-time payment), or yearly for 299 THB/month (one-time payment). That's a 25% discount when paying for 12 months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there's no long term contract, so you can cancel anytime. However, we don't refund unused periods. For instance, if you subscribe for 1 year and want to cancel after 3 months, there won't be any refund and your subscription will be active until the end of your 12 months subscription.
Do I benefit from wholesale prices right away?
Yes. After your payment has been confirmed by our team, you'll be able to benefit from wholesale prices right away. Just log in to your account and checkout with wholesale prices :). That's it!
Are there special requirements to become a member?
You just need to be over 20 years old, as per the law.
Can I get delivered anywhere?
We limit the number of delivery addresses to 2, ie. Home Address and Office Address, and only the member can get delivered. At the moment we don't allow members to send orders to their friends.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge 120 THB for every 10,000 THB of products delivered nationwide. Additional shipping costs can apply for remote areas and islands. We will charge the actual costs of delivery based on what we are quoted from our logistics providers in that case.
