A combination between Nishiyama Brewery's homemade Grappa and Shiso (perilla). A brewer will boil Red Shiso and blend its boiled extract with Grappa. You will know that more than enough of Red Shiso extract is being used when the seal is cut and the aroma of Red Shiso spreads out. However, not to emphasize Red Shiso too much, the good balance of sweetness and sourness is being matched so the overall flavor becomes very mild.
