Golden and slightly cloudy in appearance, this unusual Cognac has a pleasantly floral and honeyed aroma, with a touch of fresh pear. It's bolder on the palate, with lots of fruit, nut—particularly almond—and honey flavors, as well as crisp acidity. The finish fades into a light nuttiness, with a flick of ginger. Lighten it further with sparkling wine, or pair it with cheeses.
