Made by using the highest quality Yamadanishiki sake rice grown in the Special “A” class territory and aged for two years in the extremely low temperature of 23 degrees Fahrenheit. Aromatic, flavorful with notes of ripe pears, peach on the nose and an elegant and refined flavor with clean finish.
