At Mizukiyoki Sato Shochu Brewery in the foothills of Takachiho, Mount Kirishima, a place full of nature, a masterpiece barley shochu is specially blended there, it is aged for a long time in oak barrels by letting it take time to finish fermentation. You can enjoy it straight, on the rocks or mixed with water. “Tamagaddo” is Kagoshima dialect which means “You will be amazed”. It is a limited item and there are only 3 wholesale dealers in Japan but we get a special allotment from them.
