After distillation, the brown variety of Old Pascas, Ron Negro, matures under the supervision of experienced cellar masters for many years in old oak casks right by the sea. This process gives it its dark golden colour, its fully aromatic flavour and its harmonious nose. This quality fills the flavour gap between the light golden rums and the heavy, powerful rum types, making it ideally suited for cocktail classics such as Mai Tai and Planter's Punch. At 37.5 % vol, Old Pascas Dark is a real pleasure to drink either neat or on the rocks, and is excellently suited to various classic rum cocktails such as Planter´s Punch, Mai Tai and long drinks. Old Pascas Ron Negro also brings out the full flavour of the famous hot drinks Grog and Punch.
