Espresso stout appears a dark brown color with at least an inch of dense lingering ecru foam. Aromas and flavors are dominated by notes of rich roasted grains, dark coffee, beans, bittersweet chocolate, mocha, cocoa and caramel. Maybe a notch better than medium in body and adequately carbonated for style.
