An ale made with over 50% wheat germ. A masterpiece from this brewery, which overturns common perceptions of beer as sharp or smooth-drinking, featuring clove and ester flavors reminiscent of banana derived from our unconventional use of fresh yeast. The extremely fine foam created by the yeast itself lingers in the mouth with a silky smooth feel.
