It is a blending of "Appellation Pays d'Auge Contrôlée" Calvados, whose youngest has aged 8 years in oak casks. The apple is very present at tasting for the joy of the amateurs of freshness who also appreciate a long ageing. It is the Calvados of all the nice moments to share with friends. It stands out by a first nose of candied apple, then vanilla, nut and honey. In mouth it is mild, well-rounded and well-balanced with hints of baked apple and woody. It has a long finish that tends towards fresh nuts.
