Our, "Dark" features an intense, malt-oriented body, which is bestowed by selected roasted malts. Nevertheless, the fruity Weissbier taste, which has a spicy but mild touch, is preserved. The colour is dark, slightly reddish, with a natural yeast cloud. In order to enhance the special aroma, the beer is brewed more strongly and is not fermented as intensively.
