5 Cocktail Ideas for Christmas

1. The Harvest Sparkle

1 glass:

- 1 oz Johnnie Walker Blenders Batch Red Rye Finish Scotch Whisky - 700ml - 40% >> SHOP HERE

- 1 oz Torresella Prosecco - Italy - 750ml >> SHOP HERE

- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cider honey syrup

- ½ sprig of rosemary

Directions: In a pitcher or shaker, mix the honey syrup and whiskey together with a good amount of ice so that it is completely chilled. Strain into a different pitcher or serving glass. (Note: caution that you don’t let the honey and whiskey mixture sit in the ice for too long so that it doesn’t get watered down.) Keep refrigerated. Just before serving, add prosecco to top off the glass and garnish with a ½ sprig of rosemary.

2. Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco

1 glass:

- 1.5 oz Torresella Prosecco - Italy - 750ml >> SHOP HERE

- frozen raspberries

- fresh mint

Directions: In a large pitcher, whisk together prosecco and limoncello. Serve over raspberries, garnished with mint, if desired.

1 glass:

- 1.5 oz Wenneker Triple Sec - Liqueurs - 700ml - 40% >> SHOP HERE

- 0.5 oz Cointreau L'Esprit de l'Orange - Liqueurs - 350ml - 40% >> SHOP HERE

- 1.5 oz Cranberry Juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a martini shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass.

4. Winter Wonderland Cocktail

1 glass:

- 1 oz Joseph Cartron Cocody Coconut - Liqueurs - 700ml - 21% >> SHOP HERE

- Ice

Directions: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine cream of coconut, vanilla vodka and creme de cocoa. Shake until well chilled and combined. Strain into an ice filled glass.

5. Spiced Wine

For 6 ppl:

- 1 bottle Wolf Blass Eaglehawk, Cabernet Sauvignon - Australia - 750ml >>  SHOP HERE

- 2 cups Kerne Craft Cider Dry - 750ml - 4.5% >> SHOP HERE

- 1/4 cup Laine Napoleon VSOP - Brandy - 700ml - 37% >> SHOP HERE

- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 orange, zested and juiced

- 5 whole cloves

- 4 green cardamom pods

- 2 cinnamon sticks

- 1 whole star anise

- Orange slices, for garnish

- Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Directions:

Add wine, cider, honey, orange zest, and orange juice to a 3-quart or larger slow cooker. Stir to combine. Add the cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and star anise. Cook on low until warm, 30 minutes to one hour, depending on your slow cooker. Stir in the brandy.

Ladle into mugs and serve with an orange slice and cinnamon sticks. To keep the wine warm, leave the slow cooker on the "keep warm" setting. If your slow cooker does not have a warm setting, alternate between "low" and "off."
