Appearance: deep garnet red. Bouquet: ethereal, featuring spicy, tobacco and brushwood notes; there are also important mineral notes. Flavour: classic and nicely harmonious wine, tannic when young and with considerable ageing potential, making it an unmistakable “Nebbiolo of Serralunga”.
