Shochu made with “AnnouImo” potato. The feature is on being sweeter than the common potato. This feature is unique to itself causing "Jikuya" brand Shochu with deep aroma and sweetness. Only about 1600 bottles are produced per year. It is regarded as a very rare Shochu.
