Straw yellow in color, this Chardonnay has a rich nose with hints of toast and vanilla as well as aromas of citrus fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied with concentrated and ripe fruit -- balanced by a lively acidity. Pairs well with risotto-rosemary and scallops, cheese, lobster, crab, roast veal and sashimi.
