A juicy, chewy Chardonnay produced from the free run juice of four different varietal clones. The nose is Burgundy-esque but with additional caramel aromas. It is very broad and powerful in the mouth, running a bit hot. Autumnal flavours of toffee apple, lime and cinnamon drench the palate, finishing in a striking, very slightly rustic, acidity.
