Pours a medium/large foamy head. Colour is an opaque slighlty hazy golden/yellow. Aroma is floral, and typical belgian yeast: resin, citrus, dough, and bit of alcohol, almost cheesy, but also with suriprisingly malty, sweet hint . Taste is actually very balanced, a perfect mix of all aromas, big hops but also little malts, with an always present classic yeast flavour: spicy, citrusy, yeasty, fruity but with that bit of malt sweetness. Great balance between hops and sour/sweet on the other side. Medium carbonation, slightly oily palate, with a long medium bitter finish. A very rich, extremly well balanced and quite complex beer.
