This IPA is brewed with Brettanomyces, a wild yeast that brings out unpredictable complexities in each batch. If you are impatient, this is not the beer for you. It won’t be fully carbonated until 07.04.16. After this date, it will have reached it’s ultimate potential. People who have sampled it so far have said the aroma is sweet and buttery with strong notes of malts and breads. The flavor is fruity with some acidic bitterness in the finish.
