The Montesecondo is the territorial expression of the Sangiovese of this land. An agricultural practice respectful allows my plants to produce a result that reflects the uniqueness of the area. The thinning out takes place only where it is necessary, try to achieve the balance of the plants through cultivation practices. A small percentage (2%) of Trebbiano is added in fermentation. The aging in cement tanks can soften the tannins of the grapes, leaving the field to the expression of the fruit and giving light to the wine. The prevalence of the grape comes from young vines with planting density of 6250 plants per hectare.
