A collaboration with our good friends at Green Valley Cellars. They grow their own grapes and ferment naturally, with the yeast present on the skins of the grapes. When they remove the wine from the skins we add it to one of our fermenters with some wort. Sometimes we'll go out to their vineyard and pick a few extra buckets of grapes and toss those in too. It ferments out with the yeast and bacteria present on the grapes plus a little of our ale yeast for good measure. The result is a delicious beer that straddles the line of beer and wine.
