Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple is a the quadrupel variant of the dark Belgian beer Gulden Draak. The beer was named after the postal code (9000) of the city of Ghent, Belgium. The recipe consists of 3 different kinds of malt added in a volume of 4 times the content in lager. The color of this beer is golden amber, with a strong fruity scent. For the secondary fermentation wine yeast is used.
