For our latest collaboration, we’ve joined forces with confectionary brand Swizzels, producers of the iconic Parma Violets, to brew a New England IPA inspired by these nostalgic purple sweets. The familiar hop combination of Citra and Simcoe lead the charge, with HBC 692 in close beyond. The big robust malt profile of Pale, Wheat and Oats works wonders with the tropical and citrus hops, which interplay with the floral and perfumed notes Parma Violets. Hints of lavender entwine with the juicy hop notes, making this one of the most unique beers we’ve ever brewed.
