A classy, well-balanced, truly fascinating white wine, which is rich in fresh and pleasant aromatic aromas. The grapes that make up this excellent Sicilian wine are Grillo, Chardonnay, Insolia and Catarratto, that are harvested between August and September, through a hand harvesting in small crates. Afterdestiming and crushing, the grapes ferment at 8-10 °C. After a light pressing, the must is separated and decanted through the natural sedimentation at low temperature. Aging period of about 3 months at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and at least 2 months in bottle. Gentle straw yellow colour. Elegant and precise bouquet. Mineral notes of flint stone then tropical fruits, fresh butter and aromatic herbs. A wine full of pleasant fragrant contrasts that resemble apricot, apple, pear, reddish flowers, jasmine, broom, acacia and white pepper. Intense and persistent palate. Interesting taste and good rhythmic freshness. Light and aromatic in the mouth, with fruit and flower reminds. It finishes with scents of aromatic herbs. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
